BIIND (PT. Gema Teknologi Cahaya Gemilang) has signed an Memorandum of Understanding as Media Agent with DU-QSi Media, on Jakarta 12 December 2011. BIIND is the fourth agent for DU-QSi Media. DU-QSi Media looks forward to a successful cooperation.
